Shipping policy

  • Dance Attitude is not responsible for any shipping lost via Aust post/courier once it has been scanned. Dance Attitude will support the customer with the shipping number and support as required. 
  • We currently ship to Australia, NZ and Tasmania. Business days are Monday-Friday.
  • All items are typically shipped in the same package. You will receive a notice via email with the tracking number. To track your package, please go to aust post tracking and enter your tracking number. Please note: Dance Attitude is not responsible for packages once in the possession of Courier that has been issued your item.  If your package is stolen/lost/delayed, delivered to a wrong address by your mail carrier, or damaged by parcel courier we unfortunately cannot replace or refund the items. All lost packages are the responsibility of Courier.
